We are concrete construction experts who plan and pour everything related to concrete. Our concrete construction projects - from modest in size to monumental in scale - are each painstakingly planned, prepared, and poured with care and craftsmanship.
One of our key strengths and differences is size. We simply have a greater capacity which enables Terraform to complete expansive project sites with large slabs and foundations being our specialty. Our wide range of experience and attention to detail allows us to respond quickly to smaller niche projects as well.

Our People
The management team have over 60 years combined experience within the construction industry and are backed by a highly skilled team of dedicated craftsmen. The Terraform team approach each project as their own. Our team of concrete construction experts ensure each crucial stage of the process runs seamlessly. Our collective skillset means that together we pay attention to the finer details without compromising on quality, safety or schedule.
Mike Dravitzki
Mike holds a Master’s Degree in Earth Sciences from Waikato University where he worked for five years. In 1990 he moved overseas and joined the global oil & gas construction industry.
After working offshore for three years, he moved into the office, initially as an Operation’s Manager, before gradually working his way up through various management postings in Abu Dhabi, Cairo, Aberdeen & Houston, before eventually reaching the position of Regional Director for the Middle East & India, responsible for approximately one thousand staff across a dozen countries. He has a wealth of complex project management knowledge and is well versed in quoting and delivering key products & services in a timely, safe and professional manner. Mike manages the commercial and QHSE sides of the business.
Wendy Husband
Wendy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies (Accountancy & HR) from Waikato University.
Initially she worked for Ernst & Young in Hamilton as a chartered accountant for five years. In 1990 she moved to London where she worked for an Adventure Tour Company as the Financial Director for a further three years. In 1993 she moved to the Middle East with Mike and devoted her time to raise their two sons. She worked in Interior Design until eventually returning to New Zealand in 2020 with Mike. She now manages the financial & human resources sides of the business.
Brendon Cooper
Brendan (Coops) started working in the concrete business for Wayne Wrathall Concrete when he left school and now has 25 years’ experience across a wide range of commercial, civil, and residential concrete projects.
After leaving Wrathall’s he ran his own company Coopers Concrete across the Bay of Plenty and Waikato for five years, before working in Australia for three years. Eventually he returned to New Zealand and took up the position of Concrete Operations Manager at Terraform where he is responsible for all concrete orders, placing & finishing to the highest quality standards.
