Centrally located alongside the Waikato River, Awatere Retirement Village is an impressive, contemporary retirement village with a host of amenities including a central bowling green for residents to enjoy.

Working together with Schick Civil Construction, Terraform have helped create a warm, safe and welcoming space for the residents, friends and family to enjoy together. Non slip access footpaths and decorative exposed aggregate entrance ways form part of our key works onsite and enhance the central courtyard and resident’s bowling green.
