SH3 Dixon Road Roundabout

Terraform Concrete Construction worked closely with Schick Civil Construction on this project which is part of a significant suburban development for Hamilton City. The council expects up to 3750 new homes to be built in Peacocke over the next decade, providing homes for about 20,000 residents.

This is another transformational project for our region that Terraform are proud to be involved with. To date we have prepared and constructed footpaths on both sides of SH3, traffic islands, and have one roundabout poured. Our work on site will eventually connect to the new bridge across the Waikato River at Peacockes Road.

These works were carried out between September - December 2020 and were happily concluded in time for the opening just before Christmas that year.
