Te Kete Aronui Rototuna Library

Terraform Concrete Construction have worked in close collaboration with Livingstone Builders and Schick Civil Construction to create a vibrant new community hub Te Kete Aronui Rototuna library.

The library is the latest part of the Rototuna Village development.  Designed by architects Chow:Hill the new library and community hub serves as the welcoming heart of the local village.  With its distinctive roof, the new building is eye catching. Since setting the building’s foundations, ground floor slab and columns (which were poured in winter 2022) Terraform are now shaping the surrounding space with access pathways. Decorative footpaths and design features reflect the library’s angular roofline creating a welcoming feeling. With its doors opening in July 2023, the library will be the heart of the rapidly growing community for all to enjoy.
