The land surrounding Hamilton’s Airport is undergoing substantial commercial development to support the region's economic growth. One significant project is a new 13ha industrial estate, John Spencer Way. Here, Tyreline Distributors acquired a large 3ha lot to construct a new distribution warehouse conveniently located close to the airport.
Terraform Concrete Construction were engaged by Splice Construction to help with the site construction of this industrial building for client’s Calder Stewart. Our construction contract covered preparing and pouring the loading zones, wash Bay, industrial crossings, access footpaths and a café picnic area.
The site was poured during the summer months November 2022 – February 2023.
